This is a problem posed by S Ramanujan .. try ... ${\color{blue} 3=\sqrt{1+2\sqrt{1+3\sqrt{1+4\sqrt{1+5\sqrt{1+6\sqrt{1+7\sqrt{.........}}}}}}}}$

Here is the solution

${\color{blue} 3=\sqrt{1+8}}$

${\color{blue} \Rightarrow 3=\sqrt{1+2\sqrt{16}}}$

${\color{blue} \Rightarrow 3=\sqrt{1+2\sqrt{1+15}}}$

${\color{blue} \Rightarrow 3=\sqrt{1+2\sqrt{1+3\sqrt{25}}}}$

so on.. we get

${\color{blue} 3=\sqrt{1+2\sqrt{1+3\sqrt{1+4\sqrt{1+5\sqrt{1+6\sqrt{1+7\sqrt{.........}}}}}}}}$
